Bob Graham, founding member of Graham4, has been a top producer in the Jackson Hole real estate market for 40 years. With partners Karen Terra, Matt Faupel and Julie Faupel, and our team of four additional real estate professionals, we have over nine decades of combined experience in the Jackson Hole market. Bob, a 40-year resident of Jackson Hole, founded in 1972 one of Jackson Hole's most respected and successful real estate brokerages. He received the first and, to date, the only Lifetime Achievement Award from the Teton County Board of Realtors, of which he is a past President. Bob's a Trustee of the Grand Teton Music Festival and Graham4 is a Co-Challenger of Old Bills.

After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Karen move to Rome, Italy, where she opened an English language book shop in Piazza di Spagna. After living in Europe for 20 years she moved to Jackson in 1983. She is currently Vice President of the Community Foundation Board and serves on their Investment and Executive Committees. Karen also serves on the Board of Governors of 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club. The Graham4 team supports the community as co-challengers of Old Bill’s Fun Run and as Rungius Members of the National Museum of Wildlife Art.

Matt Faupel has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan.  Prior to his success in real estate, Matt spent 6 years in corporate management in the engineering field.  Matt’s common-sense approach to real estate and land planning provides clients with comprehensive, solution-driven insight throughout the transaction process.  Matt is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a former Rotary President, the current Chairman of the START Board (Jackson Hole public transportation), a member of the Rungius Society at the National Museum of Wildlife Art and an Old Bills Co-Challenger which raises over $7M annually for non-profits in the Jackson Hole community.

Enticed by career and lifestyle opportunities, Julie and her husband relocated to Jackson from a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. Julie has a business degree from Michigan State University and, prior to transitioning into real estate sales; Julie was the Chief Operating Officer for Wyoming’s exclusive Christie’s brokerage. Julie’s background includes 12 years in management and consulting for luxury hotels and small businesses. Julie serves on the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, she is a member of the Christie's International Real Estate Marketing Board as well as the Thursday Women's Roundtable.

Jenn brought nine years of marketing and communications to real estate in 2005, after graduating from St. Lawrence University and working in San Francisco and Boston. Nine years in the valley has offered her familiarity with and a love for the valley and its people. Invested in her client's needs and striving to help them make smart real estate decisions, Jenn enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers in Idaho and Wyoming. Jenn authors the Teton Valley Report, a semi-annual publication summarizing the state of the Teton Valley, ID and Alta, WY markets.

Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Kathleen joins Graham4 with a Business Management Degree from Birmingham-Southern College. While in Jackson, she has gained 4 years of Hospitality Sales Management experience at 2 JH luxury properties, as well as development experience, while working for DPS Development Company, owners and operators of Ford Plantation, Greenbrier Sporting Club, & Snake River Sporting Club. Kathleen also is the education co-chair for the Teton Board of Realtors.
